A really irrelevant picture of what I took today: My monologue notebook or you could also say Moleskine inspired, a cup of tea, and some dried white gypsophila from a while back. I couldn't make out a link between these three, so I would say they are random subjects that I took a photo of. At least they all look pretty together.
Anyway, back to the main point. I have been sleeping and waking up really late recently. I can only get to sleep at about 3a.m. (Check the time of this post) and wake up at about 2p.m.? I have been trying hard to break this habit of mine but I really have problems sleeping. Not to mention the nightmares I've been getting recently.
I need help so bad. Does anyone have any idea what I can do?
